Exporting Visuals

In Arcadia Instant, you can export selected visuals. The process captures all the dependencies, such as datasets and custom styles.

To export a visual, follow these steps. To import a visual, see the information in Importing Linked Visuals.

  1. In Visual Designer, click the (ellipsis) icon at the top of the interface.
  2. Select Export.

  3. The Export Visual Artifacts window modal appears, with a default Filename of the type visuals_random_number.

  4. Change the name of the file; this is optional, of course. Here, we used visual_flow_of_events.

    To see what visual artifacts are exported, click Show Details. Notice that in addition to the selected visual, the export file includes a dependency, the dataset Purchase Events.

    Click Export.

  5. This starts the download of the export file to your default download folder.

    You can confirm the success of the export by finding the file on your system.
